It's grey, it's cloudy and it's raining here in Edmonton and snowing I hear in other parts of the province. These are days when I have a hard time finding inspiration and so I thought I would throw out some ideas and solicite some of your ways of dealing with rainy grey days of photographic staleness.
I did go out one day and photograph the rain which turned out to be a crazy adventure but great fun.
But what else can one do. I invite you to check out Fish Bowl over at Jyoseph.com (apparently he is an abphotobloggers lurker and I fully support that so definitely check him out if you haven't all ready!). Besides being a lurker, he does some cool indoor staged shots, beautiful really. He has build a very cheap, very cool light box which is why I linked Fish Bowl - he has a photo on one of the smaller photos which you can click on to make larger as well as well as a description on materials used. As an aside, Jyoseph is a really cool guy and super easy to talk to and if you had questions for him, I know for a fact that he would be more than willing to help you out.
Any other ideas out there for rainy day photography? Please put in your ideas!
